How does it work
• Direct personal contacts between all of the interested people with a reservation are starting via ONLINE MEETINGS.
• ONLINE communication is coordinated from the regional Club Forum Manager, responsible for this community project location. All can interchange addresses and private contact details to communicate also directly between each other.
• First basic project definition like basic community key elements will be discussed and the optimum will be worked out .
• Communication continues up to a point where - beside others - anybody feels comfortable to decide either to join just the "Neighborhood Group" or may be to be part of the "Dining together Group" at this community location.
Still - depending on location and project type - it is possible to provide maximum flexible choice, what means that there is no must to be member in the ESPADEVDA community Club.
Depending if an establishment procedure for a project will be started together from the very begin for planning and permission, or if - in some cases for an example - there will be converted an already permitted project to ESPADEVIDA, where also a part of the building could be constructed already in the past, there can be slightly different procedures and conditions on Club Forum2.
