Community Club House or rooms like: club lounge with cafe, library, community kitchen and dining room, possible to convert for various flexible use, little club office for the coordination of various services, space for guests and children and - depending on community size - multi functional rooms, like a health-care service room for short term use, if someone is ill.
Size, rooms and all details are depending on the individual wishes and decision of a community group. This will be defined during Skype meetings, partly with workshop on Club Forum2 up to detailed planning-suggestions with prices on Club Forum3. In case of a “Builder Guided Development” basic room concept/design is existing.
2. The Health & Fitness Center
Open & may be covered heated Pool area with Spa corner, Sauna, gym area
All Details are depending on the individual wishes if it is not a “Builder Guided Development” with various suggestions.
3. House-complex with private Apartments
Depending on location and possible plots and on the number of interested people for a community during Club Forum1+2 period, various house- and apartment-sizes and styles are possible. In case of a “Builder Guided Development” Apartment & House types and designs with various suggestions are existing.
4. Private Villas, Duplexes
Depending on location and possible plots and on the number of interested people for a community during Club Forum1+2, various individual Villa-sizes and styles are possible. In case of a “Builder Guided Development” a basic selection and suggestions for Villa-designs will exist.
