First complete "Builder Guided" ESPADEVIDA Community Club Project at Costa de Almeria -
"ESPADEVIDA APARTMENT GALLERY"
After Establishing the ESPADEVIDA Model we could find via our activities - in cooperation with a local Estate Office - a long term experienced, solid building company at the Costa de Almeria. This company is owning a plot with already existing permission of a project. The project originally was designed as 2 separate apartment buildings.
Both buildings now have been combined and converted to a Gallery complex for an ESPADEVIDA community, including all typically community space and lifestyle comfort elements, ready to start the special ESPADEVIDA Marketing to search and establish a community group via round tables.
Further actual Phase I- ESPADEVIDA expansion activities:
A further special exclusive "ESPADEVIDA VILLA PARK" in Spain is now in preparation together with an experienced architect where we search and are in contact with plot owner.
We are as next also searching for interested contacts and locations in Germany and Austria to analyse if there is a co-operation possibility for a further ESPADEVIDA Community project - either Multi Generation or 50+ Generation.
Beside this we are analyzing also locations and possibilities in Eastern Europe together with an experienced Estate Office and Partner, interested to overtake there the Coordination and Club Management.
